Jing Sheng, the Party secretary and director of the Yinchuan Approval Service Administration Bureau, shares his views on how to optimize the business environment in the Ningxia Hui autonomous region.

He said it is necessary to streamline administration, upgrade services and implement strategies to improve the business environment. Various reforms need to be continuously promoted to bring a brandnew Yinchuan approval system.

He said we will continue to promote the establishment and improvement of some mechanisms and systems for refined service enterprises.

As a delegate of the 13th Party congress in Ningxia, he hopes Ningxia will attract more high-quality major projects to boost the region's economic and social development.
